Digital Products

Purchases

All digital product purchases (guides, checklists, templates) are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. You will receive download links via email and on the order confirmation page.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us through our contact page and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

For the 1-on-1 Virtual Consultation service, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refund.
